This personalized birth stats name sign is perfect for photos at the hospital, makes a great baby shower gift, or a special keepsake.

~Sign is made from 1/4" premium birch.
~Comes in 3 sizes: 6", 8", or 10"
~Intended as a photo prop or decoration. Does not come with hanging hardware. If you would like to hang it, command strips work great!
How to Order:

2: Let us know in the personalization box these details:
-Stain or Paint choice for background color
-Lettering color: White or Black lettering made with a high-quality permanent vinyl which is then sealed for long-lasting durability.
-First name spelling & font choice (Font in pics is Hazel)
-Middle name spelling & font choice (Font in pics is Hazel)
Type the names exactly how you want them made. Some fonts only come in all caps. If the font is shown in our font options picture with all caps, then it is only available in all caps.
Example:
Lucas (first letter capital)
lucas (all lowercase)
LUCAS (all caps)
The font for DATE, TIME, WEIGHT, & LENGTH stays the same as pictures.
We will send you a proof of the design before we start making it. Please keep an eye out for that in your e-mail. We will need you to respond within 24 hours. If we do not hear back from you, we will go ahead with the sign as ordered.
Does not come with pen/marker. We recommend you use a fine point sharpie pen and test on back of round first to make sure you are happy with it.
Our turnaround time is currently about 1 week. If you need your sign in a hurry, please check with us for the quickest possible turn-around time. We will do our best to get it to you quick.
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within the first 24 hours after purchase. We do not accept cancellations or refunds after 24 hours from purchase.
