Type the names exactly how you want them made. Some fonts only come in all caps. If the font is shown in our font options picture with all caps then it is only available in all caps.

We will send you a proof of the design and colors before we start making it. Please keep an eye out for that in your e-mail. We will need you to respond within 24 hours. If we do not hear back from you, we will go ahead with the sign as ordered.
